Haweswater Smolt The water supply is a gravity feed from Haweswater reservoir. The Quality, temperature profile and disease status produces excellent quality throughout. The site and surrounding area are a haven for wildlife, which Lakeland actively promotes. With a balanced ecosystem fish and wildlife are in abundance. Otters, badgers, deer, kingfisher and red squirrel are daily visitors. The valley also plays host to the only Golden Eagle in England. |

Migdale Smolt Ltd Migdale Smolt commenced operating in 1989 as a subsidiary of Lakeland Smolt. The production sites are located in the Highlands of Scotland with graded parr transferred from Lakeland hatcheries in June, and ongrown to smolt. |

Lakeland Marine Farm Ltd The sea water sites in Argyll utilise the clear waters of the gulf stream and provide the perfect environment for growing quality disease free fish. Low stocking densities and good husbandry provides the parameters for excellent quality through and through. |
